Terms & Conditions

Booking: The booking shall only be effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay. A booking option made by telephone must be confirmed within 8 days in writing, accompanied by the deposit.
Payment of the stay: For renting a lodge tent, the balance shall be paid 30 days before the date of arrival. In the event of non-compliance with this payment deadline, the Camp Management reserves the right to cancel the stay without return of the deposit. The payment methods are bank transfer, online credit card, cash, french check.
Arrival / Departure: Check in from 4 pm and check-out before 10 am.
Later arrival, earlier departure: No discount will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation In case of cancellation in writing (it being provided that telephone messages are not allowed), twenty euros of processing fees will be systematically deducted from any possible refund. In case of cancellation made : more than 60 days before the arrival date, deposits shall be repaid, minus €20 / between 60 and 30 days, deposits shall not be repaid / between 30 days and the day of the arrival, the total price shall be made, except in case of hospitalization or death of a relative (upon presentation of documentary evidence).
Deposit for rents A cheque deposit of 200 € per tent lodge will be required in the case of a group reservation or privatization of the campsite. These deposits are not cashed and shall be restored to you at the time of departure after checking that the condition of the premises is satisfactory.
Rules and regulations You undertake to read and comply with the rules and regulations available at the entrance of the domain as well as inside any property. Non-compliance with the rules and regulations shall result in your eviction without refund and may give rise to damages.
Personal data and image rights You have a right of access to your personal data. So if however you wish to consult, rectify and / or delete your data, just send us an email to info@lecamp.co.uk, or a mail by Post to Le Camp, 842 Route de la Nauque, Arnac, 82330 VAREN. Your request will be processed as soon as possible. During your stay on our campsite, we may take photos of you or film you for future advertising. If you don’t want, you must inform reception in writing when arriving.
Miscellaneous We reserve the right to refuse any reservation for just causes (article L; 122-1 of the French Code de la consommation). We reserve the right to evict without refund any person for theft, material damages, night-time disturbances or any other just causes. The management declines all responsability in case of theft, losse or damages of any kind during your stay.
