Le Camp began in 2007 as a small, family-owned retreat, created from our love of nature and the simple pleasure of being outdoors — without giving up comfort, style, or genuine hospitality.

We continuously look for thoughtful ways to enhance your stay, whether through the quality of our accommodation, the care we put into our services, or the way the site integrates with its natural surroundings.

For us, responsible travel is not a trend. It guides every decision we make and is deeply woven into the spirit of Le Camp.

Small, sustainable but super comfortable

We know how valuable your holiday time is, and we want every moment spent at Le Camp to feel genuinely restorative. Our glamping site in Occitanie is designed to offer an outdoor holiday where comfort, nature, and simplicity coexist harmoniously.

Here, you’ll find spacious tented lodges, true privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere that encourages you to slow down and reconnect — with nature, with yourself, and with the people you care about.

The real luxury we offer is the experience itself: space, tranquillity, and time. This is what makes our eco-friendly retreat in France feel so special and what turns a simple break into a meaningful holiday.

Caring for nature

We are deeply committed to protecting and nurturing the land, community, and natural world that surround us. At Le Camp, sustainability is not an add-on — it’s part of our daily decisions and long-term vision for an eco-friendly glamping site in France.

Our natural swimming pool is a thriving habitat for local wildlife and a wonderful way for children — and adults — to learn about biodiversity firsthand. The grounds combine woodland and open meadow, enriched with dedicated micro-habitats such as hedgehog shelters, toad ponds, and insect-friendly zones.

By caring for these spaces, we help preserve the delicate ecosystems that make this place so special, ensuring that future generations can enjoy the same connection with nature.

Supporting local

Whenever possible, we choose to work with local artisans, growers, and independent producers who share our values. Supporting the surrounding community is an essential part of our approach to slow tourism and responsible travel.

If you’d like to discover the region through its craft, flavours, and people, just let us know. We’re always happy to recommend local businesses, markets, and nature-based activities that reflect the spirit of this beautiful corner of France.

We’d be delighted to guide you toward experiences that are authentic, sustainable, and inspiring.

Conserving water

We take water conservation seriously, as it’s one of the planet’s most precious resources. At Le Camp, every drop counts. The wastewater from the main shower house and washing machine is reused to irrigate our compost garden, helping us grow plants in a genuinely eco-friendly way.

The water collected from cleaning the natural pool filter—rich in nutrients—is used to keep our flowers thriving. And as part of our commitment to sustainable glamping in France, we never water the lawns. Nature decides their colour, and we embrace it.

Utilising our resources

We compost everything we can — from the big piles of fallen oak leaves in autumn to your used barbecue charcoal, fire ash, and breakfast coffee grounds. Nothing goes to waste.
This rich, home-made compost nourishes our fruit trees and small vegetable garden, helping us grow healthy produce in a truly eco-friendly, low-impact way. It’s a simple cycle that reflects the heart of our sustainable glamping ethos here at Le Camp.

Minimising light pollution

At night, Le Camp offers true darkness — a rare chance to enjoy clear skies and unforgettable stargazing. To protect this experience and minimise light pollution, we rely on soft solar lighting throughout the site.
If you plan to explore after sunset, feel free to bring your own torch. It’s all part of embracing a more nature-friendly, low-impact way of staying outdoors.
